You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We ask that all returned items meet the following conditions:
Each Seba Wati notebook carries a unique Red Wax™ verification code. Once a notebook has been activated — meaning its verification code has been registered to an account — it is permanently authenticated and cannot be returned or refunded. Activation is a one-time, irreversible cryptographic event by design, ensuring the authenticity record of every notebook.
If your seal is intact and the notebook has not been activated, standard return conditions apply.

Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error.
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
If the Red Wax™ system fails to verify a notebook we sold to you, we will replace or refund it at your option — regardless of the 14-day returns window and regardless of whether the verification code has been activated. To make a claim, email support@sebawati.com with your order number and a photo or screenshot showing the failed verification result.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This right applies in addition to any voluntary returns policy we offer.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email to support@sebawati.com) before the 14-day period expires. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that once a notebook's verification code has been activated, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that item, as activation constitutes the unsealing of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to their unique authentication binding.
