Shipping & Deliveries

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order at any time by visiting the order status page in your account.

If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team.

Packaging

Every Seba Wati notebook is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Our packaging is designed to protect the Red Wax™ seal during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
