1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Seba Wati website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Seba Wati Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• “Account” means a registered user account on the Service.
• “Verification Code” means the unique nine-character alphanumeric code (format: XXX-XXX-XXX) embedded in each Seba Wati notebook for verification purposes.
• “Activation” means the one-time, irreversible process of registering a Verification Code to an Account.
• “Product” means any physical notebook or item sold through the Service.

3. Account Registration

To place orders and activate verification codes, you must create an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color may occur due to display settings.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email.

Payment is processed at the time of order via the payment method selected at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. See our payment methods page for details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For full shipping details, see our delivery information page.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Products with activated verification codes cannot be returned.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, images, logos, the Seba Wati™ name, Red Wax™, and all associated branding — is the property of Seba Wati Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seba Wati Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or Products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Giza Governorate.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
